We can help you develop a comprehensive overview of your project. Each phase of the project will include a budget, constructability analysis, and potential cost-savings presented as a detailed plan.

We work with you as an agent for a fee, or as your Construction Manager At-Risk with a GMP. Either way, Ted Boyes & Sons Construction prepares and distributes bid packages, negotiating subcontracts, and managing the work throughout project closeout.
